Em uma frigideira antiaderente adicione a manteiga quebre  os ovos tempere com sal e mexa 

In a non-stick frying pan add the butter break the eggs season with salt and stir

Eu gosto do meus ovos mexidos bem cremosos então mexo um pouco com o prof ligado depois desligo e mexo com a quentura da panela 

I like my scrambled eggs very creamy so I stir a little with the prof on then turn it off and stir with the heat of the pan

Em outra frigideira adiciono a farinha de tapioca e deixo gostar os dois lados até que ela fique bem firminha 

In another skillet, add the tapioca flour and let both sides taste until it is very firm

Finalize com manteiga e sirva com os ovos mexidos 

Finish with butter and serve with scrambled eggs.
