Tapioca with Minas Cheese

Leve ao fogo baixo uma frigideira pequena (15 cm de diâmetro) e antiaderente.

Place a small non-stick frying pan (15 cm in diameter) over low heat.

Com uma peneira, polvilhe a goma sobre a frigideira até que cubra o fundo (como panqueca), e aqueça por 1 minuto ou até que a goma se firme, formando um disco. Vire e deixe dourar levemente.

With a sieve, sprinkle the gum over the skillet until it covers the bottom (like pancake), and heat for 1 minute or until the gum sets, forming a disc. Flip and let it brown slightly.

Depois retire a tapioca e, na mesma frigideira, aqueça ligeiramente 2 fatias do queijo.

Then remove the tapioca and, in the same skillet, slightly heat 2 slices of the cheese.

Recheie a tapioca com o queijo, dobre e sirva ainda quente.

Fill the tapioca with the cheese, fold and serve while still hot.
