- Tapioca Gum1 cup
- Minas cheese in pieces8 unit(s)
- Place a small non-stick frying pan (15 cm in diameter) over low heat.
- With a sieve, sprinkle the gum over the skillet until it covers the bottom (like pancake), and heat for 1 minute or until the gum sets, forming a disc. Flip and let it brown slightly.
- Then remove the tapioca and, in the same skillet, slightly heat 2 slices of the cheese.
- Fill the tapioca with the cheese, fold and serve while still hot.
