- With the tapioca dough already hydrated and thickly sieved, you add the grated coconut and salt, mix well.
- Clean the banana leaves, place the leaves in a cross, put the dough in the middle of the leaves, close them.
- Bake in a very thick skillet, put the heat on low and let it bake for 6 minutes on each side.
