  1. Mix the starch, coconut and salt.
  2. Take the banana leaf and put it on the fire to wither a little.
  3. Then take the leaf and place it above the stove flame.
  4. Place the leaf like a cross, place the gum in a square and close the four sides of the banana leaf.
  5. Place to bake in a heavy skillet.
  6. Note: Place a weight on top of the tapioca so the leaf does not open.
  7. Leave the tapioca on the fire until the straw that touches the skillet is burnt, turn it over and let the other side also have the burnt straw.
  8. To bake it will take about 6 to 7 minutes on each side on low heat.
  9. Note: It's worth remembering that you can't do it in a thin skillet.
