  • Tapioca2 tablespoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. In a frying pan, place the tapioca flour in the bottom forming a disc, do not turn on the heat yet.
  2. Heat the two eggs, beat with a fork and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Pour the egg over the tapioca, turn on the heat and cover the pan.
  4. After 3 minutes open it, check if the egg is ready and just fold it and eat it
