- Salt to taste
- Milk2 l
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Place the milk, sugar, margarine, salt, grated coconut in a saucepan and place over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the tapioca and continue stirring until the grains soften and have the consistency of porridge.
- Remove from heat and serve, if desired, sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
