Coloque a goma de Tapioca na frigideira,, espalhe bem e leve ao fogo brando, assim que ela cozinhar vire e coloque o queijo, tomate e orégano tampe para o queijo derreter, assim que o queijo aquecer bem retire do fogo.

Put the Tapioca gum in the frying pan, spread it well and take it to the low fire, as soon as it cooks, turn it over and put the cheese, tomato and oregano, cover for the cheese to melt, as soon as the cheese heats up well, remove from the heat.

Coloque um fio de azeite e sirva em seguida.

Add a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
