- Salt to taste
- Light cottage cheese30 g
- Sardine30 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Lightly beat the egg, water, starch and salt. Pour into a non-stick skillet and spread making the pancake, set aside. Mix the curd and sardines (can be shredded chicken, tuna, ground beef), and fill the pancake. Add green smell to taste. You can add grated carrots, grated beets, tomato, lettuce... it's up to you. It's delicious my people, and even with low calories. 😋
