  • Hydrated Tapioca Gum1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese1 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Diced Bacon2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Fry the bacon and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, make the scrambled eggs over low heat until creamy. Add the cheese, turn off the heat and stir.
  3. In a heated skillet, place the tapioca gum covering the entire bottom of the skillet, sift the gum if you prefer. After about 2 minutes, turn to cook the other side.
  4. Add eggs and bacon and your tapioca is ready! Note: measurements for a small frying pan.
