- Granulated Tapioca1 cup
- Coalho cheese (grated)1/2 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper (to taste)1/2 teaspoon
- Milk1.1/2 cup
- Grate the curd cheese, boil the milk and set aside.
- In a bowl add the tapioca, grated curd cheese, salt, black pepper and finally the boiling milk. Mix all the ingredients very well, until the tapioca absorbs and turns into a dough.
- Place the dough in a container lined with cling film (it will make it easier to remove).
- Remove the dough with the help of plastic film and cut into squares. Fry in hot oil or electric fryer.
