- Prepare a 20 x 25 cm mold lined with plastic wrap.
- Grate the cheese in the coarse grater and place it in a bowl. Add the tapioca, add a pinch of salt, a little pepper, oregano and mix. Add the boiling milk and stir until the milk is incorporated and the dough is homogeneous.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth it out and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
