- Recipe
- Coalho cheese250 g
- Granulated Tapioca250 g
- Boiling milk500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Line a 20x25 mold with plastic wrap.
- Grate the cheese in the coarse grater and place in a bowl.
- Add the cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well and add the boiling milk, keep stirring until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Spread the mixture on the mold and run a spoon over it to make it straight. Place in the fridge for about 3 hours.
- After this time, cut into squares and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with Pepper Jelly.
- Tips: 1- This recipe can also be baked. 2- You can freeze the squares and fry whenever you want.
