- Tapioca300 g
- Cheese of your choice, I used mozzarella200 g
- Hot milk2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Place the tapioca, cheese and salt in a bowl
- Add the hot milk and mix until the cheese is completely melted.
- Place on a platter and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Cut into cubes place on a greased tray
- Bake at 180° for about 15 minutes or until golden.
- Ready! This delight is now ready to be tasted. Enjoy your food!
