- Tapioca Gum2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
- Ricotta cream or light cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Chia seed (optional)1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Baking powder1/4 teaspoon
- Mix the tapioca gum with the cheese, chia, salt and baking powder
- Then add the ricotta cream or cottage cheese and mix with your hands until you form a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands.
- Make balls the size you want and place them on a baking sheet greased with olive oil or lined with Dover paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180° and bake the cheese breads until golden. It takes on average 25-30 minutes
- Serve immediately
