- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Spinach to taste
- In a blender add the spinach, egg and olive oil, and beat well;
- In a bowl, place the tapioca and seasonings and mix with the liquid from the blender;
- Place in cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
