  • Shredded Coconut1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Granulated Tapioca2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, coconut milk and butter in a blender.
  2. In a container put all the dough and add the other members.
  3. Leave the chemical yeast for last.
  4. Grease a shape, put the dough and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  5. Easy stuffing: 2 cups of powdered milk 1 cup of water Mix everything and heat until it thickens.
  6. Place the filling on the cake and decorate with grated coconut.
