Hot milk1 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Melted butter1 tablespoon
Half-cured grated cheese or parmesan1/2 cup
Sweet sprinkle3 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon

In a bowl add the granulated tapioca and the boiling milk, mix and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Add the egg, melted butter, grated cheese, sprinkle and salt, mix well
Grease your hands with butter and shape the buns, place on a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
