  • Granulated Tapioca1 cup
  • Hot milk1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Melted butter1 tablespoon
  • Half-cured grated cheese or parmesan1/2 cup
  • Sweet sprinkle3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl add the granulated tapioca and the boiling milk, mix and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the egg, melted butter, grated cheese, sprinkle and salt, mix well
  3. Grease your hands with butter and shape the buns, place on a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
