- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Tapioca300 g
- In a refractory place the tapioca, mozzarella, parmesan and butter that must be at room temperature (ointment texture)
- Mix well with a spoon and knead with your hands.
- Make the balls, take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes With a brush, apply water over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Place in the airfryer and bake for 10 minutes. Can be done in conventional oven, preheat the oven to 200 degrees
