- granulated tapioca150 g
- Grated cheese (half cure or mozzarella)100 g
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- HOT whole milk250 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped Chives1 tablespoon
- In a bowl put the tapioca, grated cheese, tomato and chives.
- Add hot milk with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes (do not exceed this time)
- Model polka dots and have them in a greased shape with oil.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°
- 30 minutes or until baked.
