Granulated Tapioca1 cup
Curd cheese250 g
Milk400 ml
Spinach100 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste

In a frying pan, put a thread of olive oil and wither the spinach until they lose 2/3 of their volume, add the milk, season with salt and pepper. Take the entire contents of the skillet to the blender.
Grate the coalho cheese and add it to the tapioca in a large bowl, then add the milk with spinach.
Mix carefully to avoid lumps, and after cooling slightly mold the cookies. Fry in hot oil and serve immediately.
