  • sugar (if the tangerine is not too sweet, you can put 2 cups)1.1/2 cup
  • eggs4 unit(s)
  • peeled and seeded tangerines and the core.3 unit(s)
  1. Remove the peel, the core and the seeds of the tangerine (if you leave a little piece, the cake can become bitter, if you don't want to take the risk, you can just put the juice).
  2. In the blender place the eggs, sugar, tangerine and oil, beat for 2 minutes.
  3. On the platter, sift the wheat and add a pinch of salt, add the liquid inside and stir well with a whisk, finally add the yeast and stir gently.
  4. Grease a shape well and put the dough, take it to the preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, as soon as it's golden, it's ready.
