- sugar (if the tangerine is not too sweet, you can put 2 cups)1.1/2 cup

- peeled and seeded tangerines and the core.3 unit(s)
- Remove the peel, the core and the seeds of the tangerine (if you leave a little piece, the cake can become bitter, if you don't want to take the risk, you can just put the juice).
- In the blender place the eggs, sugar, tangerine and oil, beat for 2 minutes.
- On the platter, sift the wheat and add a pinch of salt, add the liquid inside and stir well with a whisk, finally add the yeast and stir gently.
- Grease a shape well and put the dough, take it to the preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, as soon as it's golden, it's ready.
