  • Wheat Flour500 g
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Vegetable Oil (olive oil)3 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Warm Water400 ml
  • Shredded cooked chicken (stuffing)250 g
  • Ketchup (stuffing)4 dessert spoon
  • Oregano (filling) to taste
  • Salt (stuffing)1 dessert spoon
  • Water (filling)200 ml
  • Boiled Egg (garnish)2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Wheat Flour, Organic Yeast, Salt, Sugar.
  2. Make a hole in the middle and place the oil and egg and gradually add the water.
  3. I use a wooden spoon to mix the dough. When the dough is smooth without any balls in the dough, it's ready.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
  5. I baked the dough in an electric oven at 180 degrees until it rises a little, then I raise the temperature and let the dough brown.
  6. After about 45 minutes I open the oven and stick a fork in the middle, if it comes out clean it's because it's ready, I turn off the heat and stuffing.
  7. Stuffing: in a pan I put the already cooked and shredded chicken, add the ketchup, salt, oregano and water and let it boil and dry the water. I put this stuffing on the pizza dough and chop the egg and add the grated parmesan cheese and put it on top.
  8. I don't like my pizza to get windy so I let the dough rest and rise in the oven off.
  9. The dough is a little sweet and fluffy. Hope you like it and Bon Appetit.
