- Put everything in a bowl, with a fork or fouet and beat, mix well.
- Forre the bottom of a non-stick frying pan greased with oil or olive oil and already hot. Note: very thin dough.
- Stuffing: can be sweet or savory filling to your liking.
- Salty suggestion: spread cream cheese all over the crepe, on one side put cooked and shredded chicken (that little leftover in the fridge), 1 slice of turkey breast or ham, 1 slice of cheese let the cheese melt and fold another part over the stuffing and serve.
