Primeiramente, em uma vasilha coloque o polvilho, açúcar e o sal. Peneire eles antes para não dar bolinhas.

Logo depois, coloque os ovos um a um. Sempre que adicionar os ovos mexa a massa. Assim é possível saber quando der o ponto de enrolar.

Então, se ainda assim não der o ponto e ficar uma massa muito mole, peneire mais um pouco de polvilho doce. Mas aos poucos para não deixar a massa seca.

Por fim, enrole a massa em pedaços como se fosse anéis.
