  3. Roll the pastries gently, the dough is a little soft, don't put too much oatmeal so the dough doesn't get hard. add oats little by little, if necessary use more than half a cup
  4. After the pastries have rolled up, brush an egg yolk and bake in a greased pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
