- salt1 coffee spoon
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- mashed tofu150 g
- Amaranth Flakes3 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil as needed to taste
- Cook the three medium sweet potatoes.
- Peel them, mash them and mix the egg, salt and oil.
- Add the amaranth, little by little, and make balls stuffed with tofu.
- Place everything on a baking sheet greased with coconut oil.
- Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
