  • medium sweet potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • salt1 coffee spoon
  • olive oil1 tablespoon
  • mashed tofu150 g
  • Amaranth Flakes3 tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil as needed to taste
  1. Cook the three medium sweet potatoes.
  2. Peel them, mash them and mix the egg, salt and oil.
  3. Add the amaranth, little by little, and make balls stuffed with tofu.
  4. Place everything on a baking sheet greased with coconut oil.
  5. Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
