- Peeled Sweet Potatoes4 unit(s)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the sweet potato into thin slices. Soak in water with some ice cubes for 10 minutes.
- Drain and dry with absorbent paper. Brush the sweet potato slices with oil and place them in a large pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden, turning halfway through.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and serve.
