- Eggs2 cup
- Boiled Sweet Potato1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, except for the yeast. Finally, add the yeast to the dough. Place in a greased loaf pan and put the Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
