- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Sugar-free peanut butter1 tablespoon
- Molasses, honey or demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate chips to taste
- Coconut oil to taste
- In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- Add the other ingredients (except the coconut oil) and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet and grease it with coconut oil.
- Pour the pancake batter into the skillet and cover with a lid.
- Bake for about 5 minutes or until completely baked.
- Serve immediately.
