- white hominy500 g
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- coconut milk1 unit(s)
- grated coconut50 g
- milk1 l
- sugar1 cup
- cinnamon1 to taste
- Wash the hominy in running water, let it soak for at least 4 hours
- cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes with 1 liter of water and a cup of sugar
- After cooking, add the milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and coconut
- Let it boil for 10 minutes and keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
- serve with cinnamon to taste
