Sweet corn cake with guava paste

Bater bem no liquidificador: ovos,  açúcar,  leite e óleo .
Acrescentar a farinha de trigo  e o fubá (1 xícara e meia)  e bater pra misturar bem.
Por último  colocar o fermento  e bater pra misturar. 

Beat well in the blender: eggs, sugar, milk and oil.
Add the wheat flour and cornmeal (1 cup and a half) and beat to mix well.
Finally, add the yeast and beat to mix.

Forma untada e enfarinhada.
Colocar a massa na forma, e ir colocando pedaços de goiabada. 
A goiabada pode ser que fica por cima do bolo ou pode ficar no meio do bolo.
Assar em forno pré  aquecido a 180° por aproximadamente  35/40 minutos.

Greased and floured form.
Put the dough in the mold, and add pieces of guava paste.
The guava can be on top of the cake or it can be in the middle of the cake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 35/40 minutes.
