- 1 and a half kilo wheat flour1 kg
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast2 unit(s)
- warm milk200 ml
- Warm water200 ml
- Condensed milk0 can(s)
- grated coconut1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- In a bowl put the yeast, sugar, eggs, salt, milk, water and oil.
- Mix with a spoon
- Add the wheat to the point
- Knead for about 10 minutes and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Then make the braids as you wish and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Medium oven for 20 minutes
- Then just put the condensed milk on top of the bread and sprinkle the grated coconut
