- Warm yogurt1 cup
- Wheat flour500 g
- Milk1/4 cup
- Oil1/4 cup
- Salt1/4 tablespoon

- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- First we are going to make the sponge, that is, a pre-fermentation for our bread. Crumble the yeast and mix it with the sugar. Add the warm yogurt and half a cup of wheat flour tea. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- To the dough bowl, add the milk, oil, salt and egg. Mix well with the help of a spatula. Now add ⅓ of the flour and mix again. Repeat until the flour runs out. Sprinkle a little more flour on a countertop and knead well for 8 minutes. Make a roll with the dough and divide into equal balls, the size of a lemon.
- Flour the countertop again, and roll out the balls into an oval shape. Roll the dough into a tube shape and place it on a greased baking sheet. Let it rest for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Brush with melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.
