  • Egg (can be just the white)1 unit(s)
  • Oat bran (you can use another flour if you want)1 tablespoon
  • Low-fat yogurt or (water)1 tablespoon
  • Dried herbs or seeds or both together 😋1 to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well with a fork or mixer. Place in a small dish and there is no need to grease (I use a ceramic one).
  2. Microwave on high power for about 2 minutes and 20 seconds. Once ready, I cut it in half and brown it in the hot skillet or grill. It's really thin and sometimes it's hard to cut.
