- Frozen sour cream1 unit(s)
- Oil1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In a blender place the cream, lemon and salt.
- Start beating and add the oil little by little until you get the desired consistency.
- Finally, add the chopped green smell and oregano and beat more or a little (if you want, you can add a clove of garlic, it's optional)
- Put it in jars or tubes and enjoy! (Keep in the fridge)
