Natural unsweetened yogurt (1 pot 170g)

Juice of 1 lemon

Super cute lemon yogurt cake! 🍋

bata no liquidificador os ovos com o açúcar, o iogurte e o oleo por 2 minutos. 
junte as pastas de limão e o suco de 1/2 limão e bata por mais 10 segundos. 

Beat the eggs with the sugar, the yogurt and the oil in the blender for 2 minutes.
add the lemon paste and the juice of 1/2 lemon and beat for another 10 seconds.

misture numa tigela a farinha, o fermento e o sal. Acrescente os líquidos do liquidificador e misture bem. Despeje a massa numa assadeira untada com farinha e manteiga. 

mix the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add the liquids from the blender and mix well. Pour the dough into a baking dish greased with flour and butter.

Asse em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por 45 minutos. 


Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.


Para a Caldinha
leve uma panela com o açúcar de confeiteiro e o suco de limão ao fogo médio. Quando começar a ferver desligue o fogo e cubra o bolo imediatamente . Finalize com raspas de limão à gosto.
