Eggs

Em uma frigideira, coloque a margarina e deixe derreter em fogo baixo. 

In a skillet, place the margarine and let it melt over low heat.

Em seguida, coloque os ovos, quebrando eles com uma espátula ou colher, mexendo em seguida para os ovos ficarem despedaçados. 

Then, place the eggs, breaking them with a spatula or spoon, stirring then until the eggs are broken up.

Quando os ovos já estiverem cozidos, adicione o leite e mexa até o leite se incorporar aos ovos, deixando a mistura bem cremosa. 

When the eggs are already cooked, add the milk and stir until the milk is incorporated into the eggs, leaving the mixture very creamy.

Adicione o requeijão, mexa e desligue o fogo.

Add the curd, stir and turn off the heat.
