  1. Pasta Mix the flour with the salt and the very cold butter, it will become a farofa, then put the cream and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
  2. Filling Cut the meat into small cubes, fry in oil, when it is golden brown, place it on a paper towel to remove excess fat. In the same oil that you fried the meat, put the chopped onion and let it get mucha (no need to brown), put the onion on paper towel, pass the meat and onion in the blender and your stuffing is ready.
  3. Mounting Put the dough in the molds as shown in the photos, put the meat and the curd.
  4. Form a ball in your hands and flatten it so that it is the approximate size of the pie and cover it. Brush egg yolk on the pies.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
