  • Unsweetened Condensed Milk (Recipe from a Previous Post)1 unit(s)
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Lactose-free skimmed milk powder3 tablespoon
  • Oat flour250 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Xylitol or Erythritol3 tablespoon
  • 100% cocoa powder3 tablespoon
  • Coconut Milk Powder50 g
  1. cocoa cookie Mix the oatmeal, eggs, natural sweetener, cocoa powder and 3 tbsp of butter in a bowl or in a stand mixer until smooth. The consistency is not sticking to the hand. If it sticks, add a little more oatmeal. If it gets too “farofa” add 1 more egg to help the league. Make balls with the dough, press between your hands and put it to bake in a shape with parchment paper or greased with coconut oil. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Reserve.
  2. White fudgeball Pour 1 recipe of unsweetened condensed milk into a pan. Add 1 tbsp of butter and lactose-free skimmed milk powder. Stir over low heat until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan (a brigadeiro point!).
  3. Italian straw When the white brigadeiro is coming off the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat and add the cookies. Stir a little more and pour into a rectangular bowl. Allow to cool and cut into squares. Dip in powdered coconut milk and serve. Store in the fridge.
