- Mushrooms150 g
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- White onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 dessert spoon
- Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola100 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dig the tomatoes and separate them
- Chop the garlic and onion and toss in the pan with the oil.
- Chop the mushroom and zucchini finely and place in the skillet. Cook for about 20 minutes until al dente and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the gorgonzola and put it in the bottom of the tomatoes. Add the mushroom mixture and cover with the Parmesan.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Medium heat preheated to 250 Celsius
