- Start by removing the corn from the cob with the help of a knife, then put it in the blender to beat with a little water, very little just to help in the process. Makes approximately 1,250L of corn dough! Once this is done, place the corn dough, salt, green smell and chili pepper in a bowl.
- Heat the oil well on the fire, and when it is already very hot, pour it over the corn mass that is already in the bowl with the seasonings and stir well. Now just put it in the bags. Put it in the bags halfway, add pepperoni and cheese inside and tie. When tying, always leave it a little loose because when it's time to cook the tamale will expand and if you don't have that space it can burst.
- Once that's done, put it to cook inside a large pot with water already boiling for +- 30 minutes! When it gets well yellow on one side, you turn to cook completely! Remembering that you can do it with any other stuffing.
