STUFFED SAUSAGE ROCAMBOLE – EASY TO MAKE AND DELICIOUS

Retire toda a pele da linguiça, acrescente uma pitadinha de pimenta do reino, farinha de rosca e misture bem até que a farinha esteja totalmente incorporada a linguiça.

Remove all the skin from the sausage, add a pinch of black pepper, breadcrumbs and mix well until the flour is fully incorporated into the sausage.

Coloque plástico filme sobre uma superfície lisa para receber a mistura já preparada; feito isto agora é só espalhar a mistura sobre o plástico filme para receber o restante dos ingredientes

Place plastic film on a smooth surface to receive the already prepared mixture; done that now just spread the mixture over the plastic wrap to receive the rest of the ingredients

Com a mistura já espalhada acrescente o presunto colocando em fileiras, coloque o milho, azeitona, bacon, e a cebola bem espalhado sobre a mistura de linguiça; para finalizar cubra dos ingredientes adicionados com queijo mussarela e enrole e pressione para ficar bem firme o rocambole de linguiça

Após ter enrolado o rocambole, coloque ele em uma forma untada com manteiga e pincele o rocambole com molho de tomate, e para finalizar coloque orégano para dar um toque especial
