- Sausage1 kg
- Breadcrumbs3 tablespoon
- Ham100 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Corn to taste
- Olive to taste
- Onion to taste
- Bacon100 g
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Remove all the skin from the sausage, add a pinch of black pepper, breadcrumbs and mix well until the flour is fully incorporated into the sausage.
- Place plastic film on a smooth surface to receive the already prepared mixture; done that now just spread the mixture over the plastic wrap to receive the rest of the ingredients
- With the mixture already spread, add the ham placing in rows, place the corn, olives, bacon, and onion well spread over the sausage mixture; to finish, cover the added ingredients with mozzarella cheese and roll up and press the sausage roll to be very firm
- After having rolled the roulade, place it in a greased shape with butter and brush the roulade with tomato sauce, and to finish put oregano to give a special touch
- Now just take it to the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Hope you like it.
