Potatoes6 unit(s)
Chopped Mozzarella Cheese to taste
Ham to taste
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Cottage cheese to taste
shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
Fried Bacon to taste
Saffron to taste

You can use whatever stuffing you want, chicken, ground beef, stroganoff...
Wash the potatoes well, place on a plate with a paper towel underneath and microwave for 8 minutes.
Do the test with a fork to see if it's cooked, if you need to put it in the microwave for another 3 minutes.
Remove, place on a platter, wait to cool, cut in half, remove the brains.
Mix the potato mass with the other ingredients.
Stuff the potatoes and sprinkle grated cheese and bacon on top.
Microwave for 3 minutes or in the oven, until the cheese melts.
