  1. Take the 8 potatoes and boil with salt to taste until al dente (just right). Remove the top of the potato with the help of a spoon and make a hole in it to put the stuffing (Remove the core little by little until you have enough space to fill as shown in the photo.)
  2. Mounting: At the bottom is a generous spoon of curd (the brand you have at home) After that I put stuffing that can be to taste: Chicken with catupiry Tuscan sausage with catupiry Ham, cheese and tomato Chicken/Beef Stroganoff And so on, just innovate. I made beef Stroganoff (stroganoff recipe is for another time lol) with straw potatoes and chives to garnish. The other is a Tuscan sausage (I take off the cape of it and knead it, leaving it “ground” I put it in the skillet with garlic and fry it well, until it almost burns lol
  3. Place the chosen filling inside the potato, on top of the cottage cheese and finish with cheese, chives, or whatever you wish! 20 min in the oven to brown and melt the cheese. After, just taste it with white rice, a salad to taste and comment what you think of the recipe. To the next! ✅
