  • Sweet Potato or English Potato3 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Cottage cheese to taste
  • Bacon150 g
  • Chives to taste
  • Braised chicken to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes whole in water or wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 200g until soft.
  2. Prick with a fork to make sure the potato is done.
  3. Remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Cut the potatoes in half and remove the core of them and place in a container. Reserve
  5. Remove the bacon layer, cut into small cubes and place in a frying pan to fry, until crispy. Be careful not to burn!
  6. In the container with the potato brains, add the curd, chopped chives, the braised shredded chicken. mix well
  7. Add the creamy stuffing above inside the potatoes. Finish with shredded mozzarella cheese. Toast the cheese and place the crispy bacon on top. If you don't have a torch, put it in the oven to brown and finish with the bacon.
