- Potatoes or large asterix4 unit(s)
- Ground beef, or chicken, or pepperoni sausage to taste
- Mozzarella cheese250 g
- grated cheese to taste
- Cook the potatoes whole, in the microwave, wrapped in a damp paper towel for 15 minutes. Or it can be boiled in water in the pot
- Once cooked, let it cool and with a small spoon, make a hole in the potato and make a well inside it.
- Leave 1 finger deep from one end of the potato to the other, so that the potato does not break
- Stuff with whatever you have: ready-made ground beef, shredded chicken, fried sausage...
- Put the cheese on top of the potatoes and take it to au gratin.
