Potatoes or large asterix4 unit(s)
Ground beef, or chicken, or pepperoni sausage to taste
Mozzarella cheese250 g
grated cheese to taste

Cook the potatoes whole, in the microwave, wrapped in a damp paper towel for 15 minutes. Or it can be boiled in water in the pot
Once cooked, let it cool and with a small spoon, make a hole in the potato and make a well inside it.
Leave 1 finger deep from one end of the potato to the other, so that the potato does not break
Stuff with whatever you have: ready-made ground beef, shredded chicken, fried sausage...
Put the cheese on top of the potatoes and take it to au gratin.
