- Ingredients 2 tablespoons of melted butter 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 sachet of MAGGI® MY SEGREDO® Saute 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley 1 Italian round bread 1 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella cheese1 unit(s)
- Preparation mode In a bowl, mix the butter, olive oil, MAGGI MY SEGREDO and parsley. Reserve. With a serrated knife, cut the Italian bread into several cubes, without separating it from the base (it looks like a turtle). Pour the reserved mixture into the gaps, alternating with the mozzarella cheese. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 20 minutes. serve
