- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Olive oil100 ml
- Fresh cheese to taste
- Tomato slices to taste
- Grated Bulgarian yellow cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cut the eggplants into slices. Place in cold salted water for 20 minutes.
- After removing the eggplants from the water, pat them dry. Press the garlic and add the oil and oregano.
- Mix well and spread this mixture on the eggplants on both sides. Place in a mold, and bake for 20 minutes.
- After taking them out of the oven, put the fresh cheese, cut in the same way as the eggplants.
- Place the tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Bake for 15 minutes.
