  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Fresh cheese to taste
  • Tomato slices to taste
  • Grated Bulgarian yellow cheese to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Peel and cut the eggplants into slices. Place in cold salted water for 20 minutes.
  2. After removing the eggplants from the water, pat them dry. Press the garlic and add the oil and oregano.
  3. Mix well and spread this mixture on the eggplants on both sides. Place in a mold, and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. After taking them out of the oven, put the fresh cheese, cut in the same way as the eggplants.
  5. Place the tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Bake for 15 minutes.
